Tmall’s Improved Mobile App

You don’t need to wear VR/AR glasses or headsets to have immersive digital experiences. It’s not just about online shopping or virtual fittings, but also about virtual exhibitions, and TV series. This will be the “new normal” in Tmall’s enhanced mobile app.

Consumers also have access to a 360-degree view for information on watches, jewelry, camping tents and home appliances. Users have the opportunity to view articles in real-life situations in the digital environment. This functionality is made possible by advances in technology.

Tmall allows users to access multidimensional space

The Tmall homepage allows users to access the multidimensional space. They can visit branded toy retailers, take a virtual tour of their concept storefronts, and even experience the fantastic Love Between Fairy And Devil experience. The fantasy series, which is inspired by an ancient Chinese romance, has gained popularity among Gen Z theatergoers since it aired in August.

The digital space includes outdoor stages to entertain customers while online. Users can glamp in natural landscapes such as forests, snow-capped mountains, and islands. There are many styles available from different brands that can be installed or removed. You can switch between scenarios with just one click, harnessing national campaign fever and providing an interactive shopping experience.

Tmall’s “Pavilion of Treasures”

The “Treasure Pavilion” is an area that presents the latest novelties from the brands. Visitors can also play with smart products featuring state-of-the-art technology. Users can test drive Xpeng’s flying car which made its public debut in Dubai in October. They also have the opportunity to play with Unitree’s robot dog. A digital collectibles area has also been created, featuring 50 virtual works of art. These range from cartoon characters to cyberpunk helmets to cultural relics. This maximizes the interaction between different subcultures and the fashion of digital collectibles.
