Ingredients

2 Large CanRefried Beans2 cn Jalapenos; or chilies2 Tomatoes; or more1 Onion; (optional)16 oz Sour Cream2 To 4 Avacados2 pk Taco SeasoningShredded Cheese; (Mozzarlla-and chedd1 To 2 Cans Olives

7-Layer Mexican Dip Preparation

Mix therefried beans and taco seasoning together (I also mix the chili’s in with this,but some people put the chilis as a layer) Mix this really well (I used a foodprocessor, but today I am going to use my mixer). This is the first layer. Puta layer of sour cream on top of the refried beans, taco seasoning and chilis.Next put a layer of well mixed/mushed avacados (you need enough to cover thepan, I use a cake pan normally) on top of everything else Next sprinkle cheeseson top (I just thought about it and I put the avacado first and then the sourcream, but I suppose it doesnt matter). I think the more cheese the bettermyself *grin*! Next cut up tomatoes and add as many as you like, which I liketo use at least 2 cut up tomatoes. Last put chopped up olives. Put in the ovenuntil the cheese is melted. I use a low heat so that everything else warms up.Last but not least pull out the chips and dip! Everyone really enjoys this 7-Layer Mexican Dip.I hope you do too.

CarribeanCasserole Preparation

Stir onion inhot oil until tender (do not brown). Add tomatoes, beans (include liquid fromboth), oregano, turmeric, and garlic powder. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice andcover. Reduce heat to simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for5 minutes.

1/2 c Milk1 Egg3 tb Margarine or butter2 c Bread flour2 tb Sugar1/2 ts Salt1 ts Active dry yeast1/2 c Coarsely chopped walnuts,-toasted1 tb Margarine or butter,-softened3 tb Packed brown sugar1/4 c Whipping cream1/4 c Kahlua or coffee-flavored-liqueur

Step 1: Addthe first seven ingredients to machine according to manufacturer’s directions.Select dough cycle. Step 2: When cycle is complete, remove dough from machine.Cover and let rest 10 minutes. Meanwhile, sprinkle walnuts in a greased 9 x 9 x2-inch baking pan. Step 3: On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into a12 x 8-inch rectangle. Spread with softened margarine. Sprinkle with brownsugar. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting from one of the long sides. Pinchseams to seal. Cut into 1-inch slices. Place rolls, cut sides down, in theprepared pan. Cover and let rise till nearly double (about 30 minutes). Step 4:Combine the whipping cream and Kahlua. Pour the mixture over pan of rolls. Bakein a 350 oven about 25 minutes or till browned. Cool slightly (5 minutes);invert onto serving plate. Serve warm. Makes 12 rolls.
