GoPro is currently working on a new mobile application that will make it easier to edit and share your videos directly from your phone!

Investor statements by Tony Bates, President of GoPro, say the app is “in the final phase of development and testing". The application is expected by the end of this summer. The president also mentioned that the GoPro Cloud, which was recently announced by CEO Nick Woodman, was in the alpha testing phase.

GoPro cameras have so far had need an improved software solution to allow users to transform hours of captured ehealth footage into one- and two-minute reels highlighting images. The brand recently launched the Hero + LCD taking, as with the Hero4, HiLight function. This allows you to mark the highlights during recording or by replaying a good sequence, thus highlighting them on GoPro studio.

But what has mostly come close to this speed of editing objective is a function offering possibility to cut directly on the screen the key images, to then share them, without going through the computer and editing boxes.
