A round wireless charging smartwatch for Samsung?

Samsung may well unveil a new smartwatch at the next Mobile World Congress in March 2015. Samsung intends to diversify and enrich its offer.

This smartwatch should be round and charge wirelessly. According to SamMobile sources, the code name for this smart health connected watch is Orbis.

If this watch no longer needs to be plugged in to charge, which would be a first for a Samsung smartwatch, it would also be the first of the brand to offer a round design. She would therefore join the clan of round watches, composed of the Moto 360 or the G Watch R from LG.

Speaking of the Moto 360, it already offers a wireless charging function thanks to a charging station. But will this Orbis smartwatch have an Android Wear bone or a homemade bone? Personally, I would prefer the first solution. I find that this multiplication of bones becomes a little unmanageable. If brands are obviously tempted to set up bundle offers (phone + watch), I am not sure that the consumer will find their way there in the end.

To conclude, here is another rumor concerning this new Samsung smartwatch: it should be equipped with a ring encircling the screen, as you can see in the illustration of GalaxyClub.nl, and a shaped power button crown.
