a smart health connected toothbrush that guides you through an app

smart health connected toothbrushes, we are getting to know: seeing a new one on the market is nothing short of a revolution. The Philips brand is also a pioneer in this field, and it is therefore not surprising that it seeks to innovate with a new product, especially when the latter is announced at a price of 200 dollars.

The Philips Sonicare FlexCare Platinum smart health connected is therefore a high-end smart health connected toothbrush, equipped with multiple sensors intended to monitoring, in real time, the way you brush your teeth. The brush connects via Bluetooth to an application on iOS and Android smartphones, which does not just provide information such as the duration of brushing. It displays a 3D map of your mouth to give you relevant information on its habits: do you brush all your teeth well and, if not, which ones do you tend to forget? Are there teeth that you put too much pressure on while brushing? Here are some of the feedback the app can offer.

This toothbrush is not the first to offer this kind of functionality, however: we can mention the Oral-B Pro 5000, which is also capable of offering real-time feedback on brushing capacity, all for a lower price than that announced on the side of Philips. The Sonicare FlexCare Platinum smart health connected can last up to 2 weeks, and can also store data from 14 brushes, which means you don't have to log in every day to keep a full brushing log. It will be commercially available from July.
