A smart health connected yogurt maker for the health home

Homemade is on the rise. Another example: the Yomee smart health connected yogurt maker. Just unveiled on Kickstarter by Lecker Labs, I promise her a bright future.

First, Yomee is available for pre-order at very affordable prices: from 99 euros. Another advantage: its ease of use. It’s not much more complicated than squeezing a milk carton with your hands. Another advantage: Yomee uses pods containing live cultures. These pods simply fit into the machine before pouring milk.

After choosing the type of yogurt you want to taste via the Yomee app, all you have to do is wait six hours; while the magic takes place. During these six hours, Yomee bubbles and stirs the milk and then cools it. Certainly, there are already many yogurt makers on the market; including models that cost less than 30 euros. But Yomee really simplifies the process.

Ashok Jaiswal, the founder of Lecker Labs grew up in Delhi. He has always seen his mother prepare her own yogurts. After moving abroad fifteen years ago, he started buying his yogurts in supermarkets. However, his young daughter did not like them. He then tried to reproduce those prepared by his mother. But the result was not there, he looked for an easier way to make his own yogurts; Yomee was born!

Lecker Labs is currently working with factories in Hong Kong and Taiwan to get Yomee ready for shipping in mid-February next year. Next, the company is expected to launch Yomee on Amazon by the end of 2018 and in retail stores by 2019.
