Adidas, Google and EA have teamed up for the final component of the Jacquard project – the Adidas GMR. It’s a pair of soles to transform your shoes into a smart health connected device to measure and analyze your activity.

In reality, only one of the soles is smart health connected, the other being classic, but it allows to have identical comfort in both shoes. Each sole has a cutout which allows the smart health connected sensor to be slid into it. You just have to put it on your dominant foot.

Adidas GMR insoles measure your overall performance in the field by giving you information on:

• The covered ground,

• kicks

• and ball control measures.

The battery is announced for several hours of autonomy before you need to recharge it with its Micro USB socket.
