AIRO: Startup shows innovative fitness bracelet

Wearable devices are currently very popular. Be it an intelligent watch, smart glasses or a fitness tracker – we see and read new things every day. The market for portable fitness equipment is particularly active: This year we saw the UP by Jawbone, FLEX and Force from Fitbit and the Shine from Misfit. Not to forget the initiator: The FuelBand SE from Nike. But there is still a lot of room for improvement, probably the Canadian startup AIRO Health also thought and unveiled a very innovative bracelet. The tracker comes in a unibody aluminum housing in two different colors. The standard tasks such as counting steps and understanding sleep naturally master it. But that's not all: thanks to a special spectrometer, it can even count the calories and measure the stress factor and heart rate. Strictly speaking, the AIRO can even determine individual nutritional values of an increased diet. This has never existed in this form.
