Android Wear Together: it's already over!

Android Wear Together will not last long. This application launched by Google last year and which offered a connection from smartwatch to smartwatch is no longer available.

Android Wear Together aimed to compete with the Think Digital Touch functionality of Apple Watch. But Google has not said its last word and will simply integrate new features in Android Wear 2.0.

These new features will make it possible to send stats, messages, emojis, drawings and stickers via the watch face. A press release from Google explains this evolution: "Many of the best features of Together will be integrated directly into the platform so you can connect with others who use your favorite email services. In addition to the emojis, you will be able to use the Smart Reply keyboard or write on the watch face. You will also be able to personalize a number of different watch faces on your smartwatch with faces or useful data from your favorite apps. We have had great feedback and believe that Android Wear 2.0 is the best way to stay smart health connected with those who matter to you. "

Android Wear 2.0 is already available. However, if you decide to install the developer version, be careful. There may still be a few bugs. This developer version currently works with only two smart health connected watches: the Huawei Watch and the LG Urbane Watch 2 LTE.

According to people who have already tested the new version of Android, the change is noticeable. All agree that this is a true evolution of Google’s homemade bone for wearables. Personally, I haven't tested it yet because I don't have the right smartwatch. So you have to be a little patient to be able to Review all of these new features.
