[ad_1]

A few days before the opening of CES 2014 (January 7 – 11), ARCHOS unveiled the entire new range of smart health connected objects that it would present at this event. This new edition of Consumer Electronic Show (CES) is announced as that of smart health connected objects, and many analysts are counting on new little wonders, especially in the world of Quantified-Self. However, it is with its offer Automation advertised as "The most complete ecosystem of smart health connected objects, dedicated to the health home and well-being" that ARCHOS will come to defend its place at the Las Vegas show.

A Grand health home Automation offer

ARCHOS Home Tablet (CES)

In the range pre-announced by press release, it is certainly theARCHOS health home Tablet which stands out as the culmination of the group’s new strategy. By associating this tablet with the application ARCHOS Smart health home, users will be able to remotely control a certain number of actions inside their house via one of the miniaturized smart health connected objects included in the offer: A webcam, a motion detector, weather station or smart plug (to plan the recharge of electronic devices) are some of the various applications offered by the French manufacturer.

Without forgetting the Quantified self

ARCHOS then offers a whole offer which it promises to be "affordable" financially and which rides the trend of online health with an application Quantified Self, very similar to Nike’s offer (Fuelband) or Jawbone (Bracelet Up) though, more complete. The latter will allow users to benefit from the main health indicators via two smart health connected bracelets (measurement of daily effort, blood pressure, etc.), or even a smart health connected scale "smart health connected Scale" which will measure weight or BMI.

To complete its range of smart health connected objects, ARCHOS has promised three smart health connected watches sold between 50 and 129 euros compatible with iOS and Android, details of which will be known at CES.
