Ingredients
600gpork ribs
200g bamboo shoot Seasoning
3tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp sugar
2tbsp Shaoxing wine
2star anise sunflower oil
10g sliced spring onions
3ginger slices
60minutes
PreparationMethod Bamboo shoots ribs
1.Wash the ribs and blanch. Then cut it into pieces.
2.Heat the sunflower oil in a pan, then add 2 star anise and fried.
3.Put the ribs. Fried and brown.
4.Pour the soy sauce, sugar and Shaoxing wine. Fried evenly.
5.Then, pour hot water which may cover the ribs.
6.Put the spring onions and ginger. Boil over high heat.
7.Wash and cut the bamboo shoots into slices, then cook them in boiling water.
8.Put the ribs in a pan, then add the bamboo shoots.
9.Simmer over low heat for about 40 minutes. Serve.
