Bang bang chicken
Ingredients bang bang chicken/ for 2 persons
Ingredientsfor 2 people:
2chicken cutlets
2carrots
4large lettuce leaves
1liter chicken stock
4slices of ginger
Forthe sauce:
50 g of crushed peanuts (Ipass through a grinder)
3tablespoons soy sauce salt
1tablespoon sweet soy sauce (this is what replaces sugar in my sauce)
1tablespoon sesame oil
1teaspoon rice vinegar
2teaspoons hot pepper sauce (I used Sriracha)
2tablespoons tahini (sesame paste white)
1spring onion
1large handful of coriander leaves washed and roughly chopped

PREPARATIONbang bang chicken
1 In a saucepan, boil thechicken with ginger slices, dip the chicken breasts and cook for about tenminutes (more if they are thick).
2Meanwhile make sauce: Mix soy sauce with oil and sesame paste, add rice vinegarand hot pepper sauce, stir until the sauce is smooth, then add the peanuts.
3Wash thelettuce leaves and divide among two plates. Peel and wash the carrots, cut intothin slices with the bursar and divide among plates.
Finally bang bang chicken
Removechicken from the broth and let cool a bit, flatten it on a cutting board andshred with your hands and spread it on the plate. Wash and slice the springonion, sprinkle the chicken, add the cilantro and pour sauce over all. Serveimmediately.

Ingredients for Campbell Soup – Dill Spiked Onion Rolls Recipe
2 pk 16-19 oz each hot roll mix
1 cn Cream of onion soup
2 md Eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c Grated parmesan cheese
1 tb Dried dill weed
Campbell Soup – Dill Spiked Onion Rolls Preparation
In large bowl, dissolve yeast from both boxes of mix as directed using only 1/4 cup water. Follow mix directions adding undiluted soup, eggs, cheese and dill with flour mixture. Let rise as directed. Shape dough into 16 large rolls or 32 small rolls. Place on lightly greased cookie sheets; let rise again until doubled. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown.
