Beef salad ingredients
500g Beef Seasoning
1coriander
1green pepper
1dry red chilli
50g of spring onion julienne
2ginger slices
2cloves garlic
2star anise
10Sichuanpeppercorns
8g of oyster sauce
1small piece of dried orange peel
5g of fermented soybean
5ml of sesame oil
55minutes
Steps beef salad:
1.Bring water to a boil in a pan, add the beef. Cook until the blood outlet. Turnoff the heat and remove.
2.Wash the beef and remove the foam. Then, put it in the pan, pour water, springonions, ginger, star anise, pepper grains Sichuan and dried orange peel. Boil overhigh heat. Then simmer over low heat for about 50 minutes.

Creambutter with sugar. Add egg. Beat thoroughly. Sift flour, measure and sift withbaking powder and salt. Add alternately with milk to first mixture. Add walnutsand flavoring. Mix thoroughly and pour into shallow, well-oiled baking pan.Bake in moderate oven (375F.) 30 minutes. Serve with vanilla or hard sauce.
