Beef sirloin braised turnip

Itis a fresh and nutritious dish that is especially suitable in winter to warmthe body.

Ingredients:

500gsirloin beef

750g turnip Seasoning

3pieces of ginger

1coriander

1star anise

20Sichuanpeppercorns

2 cloves

4dried chillies some cumin

5g salt

2 tbsp soy sauce 

2tbsp of Shaoxing wine

2g of sugar

20 ml of sunflower oil

5minutes

120minutes

Beef sirloin braised turnip Steps:

1.Cut beef sirloin into small pieces.

2.Blanch the beef sirloin and then put aside.

3.Heat the sunflower oil in a pan, then add the beef and stir-fry for 1 minute.

4.Add the Sichuanpepper, star anise, cloves, cumin, ginger, dry chilli, Shaoxing wine and sugar.Although sauté until a good smell.

5.Next, pour water by covering beef. Simmer on low heat for 90 minutes.

6.Wash and peel turnips, then cut into small pieces of beef same size. Wash thecoriander and sliced break with the hands.

7.After 90 minutes, pour the salt, soy sauce and turnips. Then, continue tosimmer for 30 minutes.

8.Finally, add cilantro. Pour It Up.

Tips:

Wemust add salt and soy sauce after 90 minutes, and the soup is fresh and thebeef is easier to cook.

Combine the peanut butter, corn syrup and honey; carefullyspread half over crust. Spread with half the ice cream. Drop remaining peanutbutter mixture over ice cream. Sprinkle with half the nuts. Top with remainingice cream and nuts. Freeze until firm, 3-4 hours. Let stand 5-10 minutes beforeserving.
