Ingredients
500g beef sirloin
750 g radish
Seasoning
3pieces of ginger
1coriander
1star anise
20Sichuanpeppercorns
2cloves
4dried chilies a bit cumin
5 g salt
2tbsp soy sauce
2tbsp Shaoxing wine
2 g of sugar
20ml of sunflower oil
120minutes
Steps:
1.Cut beef sirloin into small pieces.
2.Blanch the beef sirloin and put next.
3.Heat the sunflower oil in a pan, then add the beef and stir-fry for 1 minute.
4.Add the Sichuanpepper, star anise, cloves, cumin, ginger, dry chili, Shaoxing wine and sugar.While blowing up a good smell.
5.Next, pour water by covering beef. Simmer over low heat for 90 minutes.
6.Wash and peel the turnips, then cut into small pieces of beef same size. Washthe cilantro and sliced break with the hands.
