Beef udon noodles
Beef udon noodles
Thenoodles are part of traditional Chinese pasta. In the Middle Ages, they wereexported to Japan.And on this basis, the Japanese have created their own noodles: udon noodles.
Ingredients
100g udon noodles
50g beef Seasoning
½onion
1 garlic cloves
1chives
½ red pepper some ginger
2tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
½ tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
20 minutes
Steps beef udon noodles:
1.Cook the udon noodles and place in cold water, remove and drain. Cut intopieces beef, garlic, onion and chives. Cut into julienne red pepper and ginger.
2.Sauté together the onion, ginger and garlic in a pan with olive oil. Then addthe beef and sauté again slightly.
3.Add the oyster sauce, dark and light soy, a little sugar and salt. And continueto sauté.
4.Pour the udon noodles in the pan, stir, and add a little water. Place a lid onthe pan for 1 to 2 minutes.
5.Finally, add the red pepper and chives, jump briefly and serve.
Ingredientsfor Chinese Beef and Pea Pods Recipe
1-1/2lb Flank steak
1cn Beef consomme (10 1/2 oz)
1/4c Soy sauce
1/4ts Ground ginger
1pk Green onions, sliced
2tb Cornstarch
2tb Cold water
7oz Frozen pea pods, partly thaw
ChineseBeef and Pea Pods Preparation
Thinlyslice flank steak diagonally across the grain. Combine strips in slow cookerwith consomme, soy sauce, ginger and onions. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 7hours. Turn control to high. Stir in cornstarch that has been dissolved in coldwater. Cook on high for 10-15 mnutes or until thickened. Drop in pea pods thelast 5 minutes. Serve over hot rice.

—SweetN Sour sauce—
3/4c Pineapple juice
1tb Sugar
1tb Lemon juice
1-1/2ts Cornstarch
1ts Light soy sauce
—Stir-FryVegetables—
4ts Vegetable oil
1c Broccoli florets
1c Sliced carrot
1c Cauliflower florets
1c Sliced celery
1c Chunked red bell pepper
1c Sugar peas;, stems removed
ChineseVegetable Stir-Fry Preparation
Combinethe ingredients for the Sweet N’ Sour sauce in a mixing bowl.Heat oil in askillet over medium high heat. Add broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, and celery,cook for 2 minutes. Add bell pepper and sugar peas, cook for 2 minutes. AddSweet ‘N’ Sour sauce, bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute, covered. Servevegetables while hot.
