Beef with onions Ingredients
250g beef
1small onion Seasoning
2tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 tbsp cornstarch
1tbsp black pepper
1pinch of glutamate Sunflower oil

Beef with onions steps:
1.Mince the beef and set aside.
2.In a large bowl, add soy sauce, cornstarch, pepper, glutamate and Shaoxingwine. Mix everything.
3.Place the beef in the bowl and marinate the beef for 10 to 20 minutes.
4.Cut the onion into julienne. Heat the sunflower oil in a wok and fry the onionsdo.
5.Add back then the beef with marinade, cook over high heat until cooked beef andserve hot.

1.Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Wash and dry 14 tin cans, 14 to 16 ounces each,or 14 small (1-cup) souffle dishes; grease and flour insides. 2. In large bowlof electric mixer, beat butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until fluffy. Beat 5minutes on high speed, scraping bowl occasionally. 3. Combine flour, bakingpowder, and salt. 4. Add dry ingredients to batter alternately with milk. 5.Spoon about 1/3 cup of batter into each prepared tin can. Bake until atoothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes. (The tops willnot brown.) 6. Remove to a wire rack and cool completely, until the edgesbecome dry and crusty. Run a knife around the inside of cans or dishes toloosen edges, tap on a counter, then turn cakes out; they should slide outeasily. 7. With a serrated knife, cut off and discard the rounded tops ofcakes. Turn cakes upside down so cut edges are on the bottom. Cut cakes intotwo layers and fill with whipped cream and fresh fruit. * Timesaver Tip: Cakebatter can be made ahead and frozen before baking. Complete steps 1 through 4and spoon batter into cans. Wrap cans with heavy-duty aluminum foil. Label anddate, and freeze at 0 degrees F up to 6 weeks. To bake, do not thaw. Removefoil and bake at 325 degrees F until cakes Review done, about 30 minutes.
