Presentation

The box contains an arm blood pressure monitoring, a fabric case for storage and transport, an armband holder, a quick start guide, a user manual, a blood pressure book, a USB transfer cable and 4 batteries AAA.

Download the application

In order to connect the Beurer BM-77 upper arm blood pressure monitoring, you must first download the Beurer Smart Health Manager application from the App Store or Google Play depending on the model of your smartphone or tablet. You will find on our applications page all the necessary links.

Once the application is installed, you must then create a profile before you can use it. You can also use this monitoring without the app, since it displays the data on its screen and stores the last 60 measurements for each of the two profiles.

Taking measurements

You must put the cuff around your left arm about 2 cm from the crook of your elbow, then turn on the blood pressure monitoring by pressing On / Off. The blood pressure monitoring quickly inflates the cuff and the measurement is then taken.

Once the measurement is complete, the device displays the results on its large screen, as well as the voltage status according to the WHO classification using the colored scale on the screen.

You have to activate the Bluetooth connection of your smartphone or tablet, start the Beurer Smart Health Manager application, then select the BM-77 blood pressure monitoring from the list for the first connection. The connection is then made automatically at the end of the measurements.

The Beurer Smart Health Manager app is really comprehensive and fairly easy to use. It stores data not only of blood pressure, but also of activity, blood sugar, weight, and oxygen saturation.

It allows you to export data by email, and for Apple users, it offers the possibility of connecting the data to the Apple Health application.

Finally, there is PC software: Beurer Smart Health Manager, which allows you to transfer your data to a PC via the USB cable and manage it in even more detail.
