Ingredients
500g beef
300 g of white radish
200 g of broccoli
Seasoning
10g ginger
1cinnamon
1Fructus Tsaoko
5grains amomum
1noble dry thorn
Sunfloweroil
3small dried red chili
6tbsp Shaoxing wine
3tbsp oyster sauce
2tbsp oil spiced salt
1chicken cube petrol
60minutes
Steps:
1.Wash and cutbeef into pieces. Boil water in a pan, add the horse and blanch until theychange color.
2.Peel the white radish and cut into pieces. Cut the ginger into pieces.
3.Heat the sunflower oil in the pan, add the ginger, cinnamon 1, 1 Fructus Tsaoko,5 grains amomum, 1 sec noble spine. Fried for a minute.
4.Add the beef and continue to sauté for 1 minute. Add the white turnips and fryevenly. Add the dried peppers and fried for a minute. Add 6 tbsp of Shaoxingwine, 3 tbsp oyster sauce and 2 tbsp chili oil. Boil the juice.
5.Put everything in a pot and cook stew for 40 minutes.
5.After 40 minutes, put it all into the pan, add salt and 1 chicken cubegasoline. Fried for 30 seconds.
6.Finally add the broccoli and stir-fry over high heat for 1 minute. Enjoy this broccoli beef radish.
