Ingredients

500g lean pork belly

500glean pork shoulder

2onions

3eggs cooked

seasoning

1ginger

5cloves of garlic

1tablespoon soy sauce

1tablespoon salt

1/2teaspoon pepper

7rooms starred anise broth few coriander leaves

72minutes

Cantonese braised pork Steps:

1.Cut the breast and pork shoulder into pieces;

2.Chop the onions, ginger, garlic cloves. Boil water over high heat in a pan, addthe onions, ginger, garlic cloves and Star Anise parts at the same time, addsoy sauce, salt and pepper. Once the water is boiling, add the meat and cookuntil boiling, then switch to low heat;

3.Add boiled eggs into the pan, immerse them in the broth. Simmer covered forabout an hour. Go back occasionally to avoid sticking to the bottom;

4.Remove the dish on a plate, surround the flat coriander leaves. Pour It Up.

4lb Boneless pork roast 4 ts Sugar 1 ts Salt 1 tb Soy sauce 1 1/2 tb Honey 1 cChicken broth 3 tb Vinegar 1/4 c Water Combine sugar, salt, honey, soy sauceand broth, pour over roast and let marinate for at least one hour, turningoccasionally. Place roast in shallow pan, pour sauce over and bake at 350degress for 2 1/2 to 3 hours (170 on meat thermometer). Baste as often as youcan with a mixture of the vinegar and water to prevent sugar from sorching, andto add a slight sweet-sour flavor.

cCold cooked rice

3Eggs, slightly beaten

1/3c Raw shrimp, cleaned and

Slivered

1/3c BBQ pork

1/2ts Cornstarch

1ts Wine

1tb Soy sauce

1/4ts MSG (optional)

2Green onions, diced

1ts Salt

Peanutoil

Chinese:Shrimp Fried Rice Preparation

Pan-frythe eggs into thin sheets in a frying pan. Remove and cut into small strips.Heat peanut oil over high heat. Stir-fry shrimp and chicken. When done, sizzlein 1 tsp. wine. Add the cooked rice. Stir until well-mixed. Add 1 tbsp. soysauce, 1/4 tsp. MSG and the diced green onion. Add 1 tsp. salt (or more).Stir-frry for at least 10 minutes over MEDIUM heat. Add egg strips. Serve hot.Note: The cooked rice should not be sticky. It might even be better to useday-old rice. If you must use freshly cooked rice, you may spread the rice on acookie sheet and let cool completely before you stir-fry it.
