Cantonese rice recipe
Ingredients for Cantonese rice recipe / 4 people
1onion, chopped
2chopped cloves of garlic
1 dl oil
300 g rice
200g small peeled shrimp
150 g of peas
150 g diced ham

1small bunch of chives, chopped
1small bunch of parsley

PREPARATION Cantonese rice recipe
1 Fry garlic and onion in hot oil chopped. Add the rice and let it fry a little.
2 Stir in shrimp, peas and diced ham. $ 6 dl of boiling water. Salt and pepper. Mix well. Cover and cook for about 12 minutes over low heat.
Finally Add scrambled eggs. Mix. Sprinkle with chopped chives and garnish with parsley sprigs.
