Ingredients

250gcelery

soycheese with five flavors

Seasoning

sunfloweroil salt

1tbsp soy sauce

1tbsp chives, chopped

1pinch of glutamate

15minutes

Steps:

1.Prepare, wash and chop soy cheese to the five fragrances. Rinse, drain andslice diagonally celery.

2.Add celery, 1 pinch salt and ½ tbsp sunflower oil in boiling water. Once thewater boils again, remove the celery.

3.Heat the sunflower oil in a pan, fry spring onions over high heat. Add soycheese to the five perfumes and fry over high heat, adding 1 pinch of saltand 1 tbsp soy sauce.

4.Add celery, 1 pinch of salt and glutamate, fry for 2 minutes. Serve.
