[CES 2015] Melomind, the smart health connected anti-stress helmet
MyBrain Technologies presents at CES 2015, its new invention called Melomind, a relationship headset smart health connected to your smartphone.
Electroencephalogram
Melomind is the new product from MyBrain Technology. It's a helmet with four branches which allows you to relax while learning to manage your stress over the long term with music. It is equipped with brain sensors, and therefore electrodes, on the four branches of the helmet. It works like a real electroencephalogram that is to say that it will follow and transcribe in the form of curves the activity of your brain on its compatible application iOS, Android and Windows Phone. Put the helmet on your head, put on your headphones and relax.
Stress management
After a MyBrain study, the application offers a music selection which aim to relax you as much as possible. The app also allows you to keep a history of its evolution that is to say that you will be able view your progress in managing your daily stress.
The firm plans to market Melomind in the United States and France for the end of 2015 for $ 300 (around 250 €). You can pre-order it on the official website.
It is certainly a good idea for people who have difficulty managing and analyzing their stress but the design of the helmet is not very attractive. Either, a hot bath with some music, a movie under the duvet or a night out with friends would do just as well to relieve tension.
