CES 2020 – Mophie introduces the Powerstation Go, an external battery that can also help start a car

Mophie has just presented her Powerstation Go at CES. This external battery is not like the others since in addition to smartphones and computers, it can give your car a boost to help it start.

In the world of charging and all kinds of external batteries, Mophie is one of the undisputed kings. At CES 2020, the company intends to show the competition the advances it has been able to make and this materializes with the Powerstation Go, a huge external battery capable of starting a vehicle when it undergoes a "slack stroke" .

At a time when external batteries tend to be always more discreet, Mophie takes the opposite course with this enormous Powerstation Go, an accumulator with large autonomy since it offers a capacity of 44,400 mAh. The brand specifies that it takes 9 hours to fully recharge its battery and that the boost helping to start a vehicle will only work if the Powerstation Go has more than 50% of its autonomy.

And if you thought that such an object would cost a pretty sum, it is nothing since the Powerstation Go should be sold at a price of $ 160, or about € 142.
