1tablespoon vinegar

100 g of flour or potatostarch (cornstarch kind)

3tablespoons sunflower oil soup (or peanut)

150 g of soy germ (a smallbox)

PREPARATIONChicken breast bean sprouts

1Cut the chicken into small strips. Prepare the marinade: Mix the soy sauce andvinegar and put the chicken strips to marinate for 30 minutes, turningoccasionally.

2 In a bowl, add the flour(or cornstarch). Remove the meat from the marinade (which must be preserved tothe end) and move the chicken breasts in flour.

3 In a wok or largeskillet, heat oil and put strips of white chicken to brown on all sides for 6or 7 minutes.

4Add the bean sprouts well drained and continue cooking for 3 minutes.

Finally

Lightlysalt and pepper (soy sauce is already salty). Pour over all the sauce that wasused for the marinade and serve as soon.
