Chicken Meatballs
Ingredients for chicken Meatballs/ 4 people
600 g chicken fillet
1egg
50 g flour
1/2bunch of coriander
1/2bunch of mint
2tablespoons nuoc mam

PREPARATION chicken meatballs
1Cut the chicken and chop.
2Add the coriander, mint, egg and nuoc mam.
3Prepare small balls, roll in flour. Brown and stew for 5 minutes.
4Serve the meatballs with a spicy sweet sauce of Thailand, for example, served withrice and green salad.

Potato Momos Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 c Ghee1 tb Soy sauce1/2 tb Minced ginger2 c Mashed potatoes1/2 tb Minced garlic1/2 c Fresh spinach, parboiled&1/4 c Onion, diced– chopped1/2 ts Garam masala1/4 c Cilantro, chopped1/2 ts Chili powder1/4 c Green onions, sliced1/4 ts SaltMomo wrappers, see recipe1/4 ts Pepper

Potato MomosPreparation
Melt ghee in asmall skillet. Add ginger, garlic & onion. Stir fry for 1 minute. Add garammasala, chili powder, salt, pepper & soy sauce. Stir fry for 30 seconds.Remove from heat & add mashed potatoes. Add spinach when cool, green onion& cilantro. Mix well. Put 1 tb of filling into each wrapper, seal the edgesclosed with a little water. Steam over steaming rack & serve hot with sauce.
Mini Pizzas Recipe
Ingredients
1 lb Ground beef1 lb Hot Italian sausage meat1 lb Velveeta cheese2 Loaves of Party Rye Bread-(the little mini-bread)

Skin thesausage (if necessary). Brown sausage and hamburger in a large skillet. Drainfat. Over low heat, add Velveeta until it”s thoroughly melted, and stirthoroughly. Spread a small spoonful of the mixture on each slice of the PartyRye and place on a cookie sheet. Freeze for at least 2 hours. After that, youcan remove them from the cookie sheets and put them in a freezer bag for up to2 weeks! To serve, just place the frozen pizzas on a cookie sheet and bake at350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until hot. Serve immediately. Makes about40.
