Chicken shrimp soup

Ingredients for chicken shrimp soup/ 4 people

1medium potato

1carrot

2celery leaves

1spring onion (with green stems)

1cube of chicken stock

fewsmall pieces of broccoli

6shrimp

1slice 100 g chickenfillet

sambal(spicy)

2tablespoons soy sauce

saltand pepper

ricenoodles

PREPARATION chicken shrimp soup

1Ina pot of water (about 2 l), placethe carrot, potato, the new onion, celery. All cleaned and cut into very smalldice. Add the cube, salt and pepper. Bake 10 minutes from boiling.

2Afterthose 10 minutes, add the broccoli, ham diced chicken and shrimp sections.Continue cooking for 10 minutes at least.

3Add a touch of sambal and 2 tablespoons soy sauce.

4Taste and adjust seasoning for cooking vegetables.

Finally

Whenready to serve, reheat and add Chinese pasta (see instructions in themanufacturer). They usually cook 4 minutes.

I just saw asegment on this today. You clean the seeds out of the pumpkin, dry them with apaper towel (pat dry, no need to rinse with water). Prepare a glass baking dishby spraying lightly with PAM. Place the seeds in the glass dish and sprinklewith salt or any other seasoning you might prefer. Place the dish in themicrowave and cook for 6 minutes, stirring the seeds after every minute. Itsounded very easy and I haven”t had a chance to try it so let me know how itworks. Also, this is my first posting/reply so my apologies for any mistakes Imade in sending this response.
