In September, the first French teleconsulting platform specializing in child health was launched: DoudouCare.

This is a unique service that offers parents 7/7 support on the health issues of their children's daily lives. Care, breastfeeding, diet, sleep, wakefulness, childhood illnesses … are all subjects of concern to parents.

By email or SMS in 2 hours flat, they receive personalized responses from health professionals who are benchmarks in childhood, namely child nurses.

The answers are provided directly by the nurses, who can work together if necessary to provide the most suitable solution. Depending on the situation, parents are redirected to other health professionals for medical consultation.

For parents, this service is complementary to the advice received at the hospital or in P.M.I., and is not a substitute for a medical consultation.
