Ingredients for Chinese banana fritter/ 4 people

4bananas

4tablespoons sugar

2tablespoons rice wine by banana

oil

Forthe dough:

150 g flour

1egg

3pinch of baking powder

1pinch of salt

PREPARATIONChinese banana fritter

1Peel the bananas and cut into 2 inlength.

2Prepare the batter. Mix the flour, egg, yeast, salt and a glass of water. Thedough should be smooth.

3Heat the oil for frying.

4Dip each banana half in the fritter batter then lightly brown in oil. Drain.

Finally

Place2 fritters on each plate. Sprinkle with sugar, then add the rice wine on thestill warm donuts. Flame out!

Heat oven to 450F. Heat a pizza stone in oven for at least30 mintues, or preheat a large baking sheet for 15 minutes. Place discs ofdough on a lightly floured surface and gently roll out or stretch into 1/4-inchthick circles 7 inches in diameter. Place one circle of dough on a wooden peelthat has been dusted with cornmeal (or use a large spatula). Using the tine ofa fork, pierce the surface of the dough numerous times. Arrange about an eighthof the cheese on the dough. Slide dough onto hot pizza stone or baking sheetand bake until crust is just starting to brown around the edges, about 2 to 3minutes. Remove pizza from oven and arrange another eighth of the cheese and 6sage leaves on top.
