Ingredients for Chinese beef noodles/ for 2 persons

150 g of fine wheat noodlesor rice Chinese

Chinese beef noodles

1Cut the beef into very thin strips about 3 cm x 3 ( this is easier if the meat is slightly frozen) . Coatthe slices of meat with cornstarch diluted in 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 2tablespoons of sesame oil coffee. Refrigerate.

2Boil lightly salted water . If you use rice noodles , pour the water over thepasta to soften to the right consistency ( the time depends on the diameter orthickness) .
