Chinese smart health recipe for May 20-Chinese beef noodles
Ingredients for Chinese beef noodles/ for 2 persons
150 g of fine wheat noodlesor rice Chinese
100g beef fillet or rumpsteak (take a mandatory tender meat)
50 g green beans extra finecut into pieces about 3 cm
somelarge lettuce leaves (or bok choy
varietyof Chinese cabbage in large sheets)
3tablespoons of water or chicken broth
2tablespoons soy sauce
1tablespoon minced garlic
1tablespoon chopped fresh ginger root
3teaspoons of sesame oil
1teaspoon caster sugar
1teaspoon cornstarch
1stalk spring onion, minced

Chinese beef noodles
1Cut the beef into very thin strips about 3 cm x 3 ( this is easier if the meat is slightly frozen) . Coatthe slices of meat with cornstarch diluted in 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 2tablespoons of sesame oil coffee. Refrigerate.
2Boil lightly salted water . If you use rice noodles , pour the water over thepasta to soften to the right consistency ( the time depends on the diameter orthickness) . If you use wheat noodles , cook for the time indicated on thepackage. When the pasta is ready , drainand season with 1 teaspoon of sesame oil so they do not stick .
3Heat over high heat 1 tablespoon of peanut oil in a wok. Fry the sliced beef with marinade making sure they do not stick tothem for 1 minute , stirring constantly . Book with meat drippings .
4Wipe the wok and return to heat 1 tablespoon oil soup. Sauté garlic and gingerover high heat for 30 seconds, then add the vegetables , water ( or broth ) ,sugar and remaining soy sauce ( 1 tablespoon ) . Simmer over medium heat for2-3 minutes , until vegetables are just cooked (they should remain firm ) .
Finally
Thenadd the pasta, chopped onions , and slices of beef. Stir while continuing tocook for 1 minute. Serve this Chinese beef noodles in large bowls or soup plates and sprinkle withchopped coriander .

Heat oven to375. Unroll dough into 4 long rectangles. Firmly press perforations to seal.Place one slice of ham on each piece. Spread ham with mustard; sprinkle withcheese. Starting with the shortest side, roll up reach rectangle & pressedges to seal. Coat rolls with seed. Cut each of the four rolls into 5 slicesforming 20 slices in all. Place each slice cut side down on ungreased sheet.Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from cookiesheet. Tip: To make ahead, prepare, cover & refrigerate up to two hoursbefore baking. To reheat, wrap in foil & heat at 375 for 5-10 minutes.
