Chinese broccoli soy sauce

Ingredients Chinese broccoli soy sauce

300g of Chinese broccoli (gay or kai-lan-lan)

1red chilli

1dozen fresh goji berries Seasoning

3tbsp light soy sauce

1tbsp vegetable oil (preferably sunflower)

1 tbsp sugar 1 pinch salt

1pinch of glutamate

1 piece of ginger (about 2 cm )

Steps Chinese broccoli soy sauce:

1.Wash the Chinese broccoli.

2.Cut the bottom of broccoli to get the desired size according to the plate.

3.Remove the seeds from the peppers. Then cut, chilli and piece of gingerjulienne.

7.Remove the ginger and chilli with a skimmer. Pour sauce over Chinese broccoli.Finally, add the berries Goji berries on broccoli. Pour It Up.
