Chinese food asparagus chicken

Ingredients

1chicken leg

1asparagus

1carrot

Seasoning

½tbsp salt

1tbsp light soy sauce

1tbsp sesame oil

1tbsp sugar

1pinch black pepper

2ginger slices

2slices of spring onion

20minutes

Steps Chinese food asparagus chicken:

1.Wash the chicken leg and then put it in a work. Add the ginger and springonions. Boil, then continue to simmer.

2.Cut the carrot and asparagus julienne.

3.Blanch carrots and asparagus in hot water. Remove and drain.

4.Once the chicken leg bones can be easily removed, turn off heat and let cool(you can keep the soup to make other dishes).

5.Remove the bones and tear the chicken with your hands.

6.Put the chicken, carrots and asparagus in a bowl, add sesame oil, salt, sugar,black pepper and light soy sauce. Mix well and serve.
