Chinese food Beijing chicken roll
Ingredients Chinese food Beijing chicken roll
70 g flour
2 chicken thighs
200 g of cucumber
5 salad leaves
100 g of carrot
Seasoning
30 g of potato starch
50 ml water
1 slice of white spring onions
3 tbsp Shaoxing wine
3 tbsp light soy sauce
6 sweet soybean paste tbsp
1 tbsp honey sunflower oil

Steps Chinese food Beijing chicken roll :
1. Remove the chicken leg bone, then put the chickenin a bowl, pour the Shaoxing wine and soy sauce. Marinate for 20 minutes.
2. Put the flour and potato starch in a bowl. Thenit slowly pour warm water. Stir well with a pair of chopsticks to form flakes.
