Ingredients
2chicken thighs
75 g of Paris mushrooms, cleaned and thinly sliced
1tsp. Coffee sesame oil
1onion, peeled and finely chopped
1small piece of approximately 2 to 3 cmfresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped
1.1liters of chicken stock
1stalk lemongrass, crushed
50g long grain rice
1tsp. tablespoons of peanut oil
4small white onions, peeled, cut into pieces 5 cm strips
1cooked. tablespoons soy sauce thick
4tbsp. tablespoon sherry
Saltand freshly ground black pepper
Preparation Chinese food chicken mushroom soup
Removeskin from chicken; degrease it. Cut each thigh. Book.
Heatthe peanut oil and sesame oil in a large saucepan. Add the onion into stripsand let it simmer for 10 minutes until tender without changing color.
Addthe finely chopped ginger and cook about 30 seconds, stirring constantly toprevent it sticks.
Pourthe broth. Add the chicken pieces and lemongrass. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.Add the rice and cook for 15 minutes, until the chicken is cooked.
Removechicken from pan. Once it is cool enough to handle it, expand it into thinstrips, then put it back in the pan with the mushrooms, spring onions, soysauce and sherry.
Simmer5 minutes until the rice and mushrooms are tender. Take lemongrass.
Seasonthe soup to your liking and serve immediately.

3Parsley; Sprigs
3Green Onions
1/2 c Salad Oil
1Egg; Lg
Salt& Pepper; To Taste
1 c Cheddar; Md, Grated
CheddarCheese Rice Mold Preparation
Cookrice according to package directions. Chop the parsley and onions very fine.Mix all of the ingredients together and pour into a well oiled ring mold. Letstand for 30 minutes. Bake in a preheated 325 degree F. oven for 35 minutes.Turn out onto a hot platter and fill the center with creamed shrimp and hardcooked eggs. Serve at once.

Ma-PoTofu Preparation
Cutthe tofu in 1/2 inch cubes and deep fry in hot oil for 30 sec. Remove Tofu anddrain off all but 3 tablespoons oil. Reheat and fry the pork well, add Garlic,hot bean paste, soy sauce, salt, soup stock, and tofu. Boil 3 minutes. Mixcornstarch and water to make a paste, then add to mixture to thicken. Toss inchopped green onion and sesame oil. Put on a plate and sprinkle with brownpeppercorn and serve with rice.
