Ingredients
300 g chicken breast steamed
150 g soy germ
1/2red bell pepper
1/2green pepper
2shallots, minced
2 cm of fresh grated ginger
2 c. tablespoons ofcooking oil
saltand pepper
Toserve:
2 c. tablespoons soy sauce
1 c. tablespoon of sesameoil
Preparation Chinese food chicken salad
1– In a skillet, fried in oil, minced shallots and grated ginger.
Addto skillet half julienned peppers, bean sprouts and white minced chicken, saltand pepper and cook over high heat for 5 minutes.
2– Remove from heat, water preparation with soy sauce and sesame oil.
3– Serve on a warm plate and serve immediately.
Remarks
Togive a sweet little note to this salad, add two carrots cut into julienne.
Ingredientsfor Charoset Recipe
1-1/4 c Raisins
1/2 c Chopped pitted dates
1/2 c Chopped figs
1 c Boiling water
1ts Grated lemon rind
1tb Lemon juice; (approx)
1/4 c Chopped pecans
CharosetPreparation
Inbowl, combine raisins, dates and figs. Pour in water; let stand for 1 hour oruntil softened. In food processor or blender, and in batches, chop coarsely. Insmall heavy saucepan, combine chopped fruit mixture with lemon rind and juice.Simmer over low heat, uncovered, stirring often, until charoset tastes rich andfruity, about 15 minutes. Add more lemon juice if desired. Let cool; sprinklepecans on top. Makes 2 cups. Formatted by Carole Walberg NOTES : Here is atraditional accompaniment to matzo. The lemony flavor is balanced by thesweetness of the dried fruit.

1/2 c Flour
1/2 ts Salt
1 Pot boilingwater

Mix cottagecheese and egg. Add flour and salt and knead until the mixture is no longersticky. Roll out dough into balls slightly smaller than golf balls. Roll themin flour to coat. Drop in boiling water and cook for 12 minutes. Drain andserve.
