Chinese food cold noodles with chicken

Ingredients
1chicken breast
1/2cucumber
1/2carrot
250g of noodles Seasoning
1tbsp chilli oil

4tbsp sesame paste
2slices of spring onion
2ginger slices
1and ½ tbsp Shaoxing wine
10minutes
Steps Chinese food cold noodles :
1.Bring water to boil, add the spring onion, ginger, Shaoxing wine and chicken.Cook for 10 minutes.
2.Tear the chicken fingers.
3.Wash the cucumber and carrot. Then, cut into julienne respectively.
4.Cook the noodles in boiling water. Remove and let cool.
5.Put the vinegar, chili oil, white pepper, sesame oil, sesame paste and sesamebaked in a bowl. Then mix well to form a delicious sauce.
6.Put the sauce over noodles made and serve.
