Chinese food Dongpo Lamb

Ingredients Chinese food Dongpo Lamb

400g lamb

200g potato

80g carrots

50g leeks Seasoning

2tbsp soy sauce

2tbsp clear Shaoxing wine

4tbsp oyster sauce

Steps Chinese food Dongpo Lamb :
