Chinese food dry tofu salad
Ingredients
100g grated dry tofu
1/2cucumber
1/4carrot
Seasoning
½tbsp salt
½ tbsp vinegar
1tbsp sugar
1tbsp light soy sauce
1pinch of glutamate
1pinch of baking soda (xiaosuda)
2tbsp sesame oil
5cloves garlic 5 minutes
15minutes
Steps Chinese food dry tofu salad:
1.Put dry grated tofu in a bowl and add the baking soda (xiaosuda). Mix well.
2.Pour hot water and stir a bit with a pair of chopsticks. Soak for 2 minutes.
3.Cut the carrot and cucumber julienne. Chop the garlic.
4.Bring water to a boil in a pan, then add the carrot. Blanch for 1 minute.Remove and wash with a little water.
5.Rinse the dry shredded tofu in water. Remove and drain. Then cut into slices.

6.Put dry shredded tofu, carrot, cucumber and garlic in a bowl. Then add salt ½ bedrooms,½ tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 pinch of glutamate and2 tbsp sesame oil .c. Mix well and marinate for 10 minutes. Pour It Up.
Tips:
1.soaked dry grated tofu in hot water with baking soda, it makes the most tendertofu. But not for too long.
2.It is very important to add the sesame oil.
