Ingredients
150g
5enoki mushroom
tofupieces
fivespice seasoning
1/2carrot
2tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp clear a little oil of sesame chili oil
1chopped cilantro
1tbsp chopped chives
1tbsp chopped garlic
1pinch salt
10minutes
Steps Chinese food enoki mushroom salad:
1.Peel the carrot, then washed and cut into julienne. Then marinate for a whilewith 1 pinch of salt. Wash and drain. Cut tofu into strips five spice. Washenoki mushrooms.
2.Bring water to a boil, then add the tofu five spice. Blanch. Remove and drain.
3.Then add enoki mushrooms. Blanch. Remove and drain.
4.Put enoki mushrooms, carrots, tofu five spice, coriander, garlic and springonions in a bowl. Finally, add light soy sauce, sesame oil and a little chilioil. Mix well and serve.
Tips:
1.Ilmust first remove the root of enoki mushrooms.
2.Thiscooler if the vegetables are soaked in cold water after bleaching in hot water;
