Itis a modern Chinese noodles. It is nutritious but not hard to do.
Ingredients
150g beef
1/4onion
1pepper
200g flour Seasoning
salt
1tbsp pepper
1tbsp light soy sauce
1tbsp Shaoxing wine
1tbsp sunflower oil sesame oil

Hexagonal beef patty Steps:
1.In a bowl: add the flour and 1 pinch of salt and mix a little. Pour watergradually. Knead well and form a smooth ball of dough.
