Chinese food multicolored corn kernels

Chinese food multicolored corn kernels Ingredients

1/4carrot

2scented mushrooms

40g of corn kernels

30g of pea

50grams of lean pork

Seasoning

1tbsp light soy sauce

½tbsp of corn starch

1pinch of salt

¼ tbsp sugar

1 tbsp water

2 tbsp sunflower oil

20minutes

Steps Chinese food multicolored corn kernels:

1.Soak the dried mushrooms scented for a moment, then remove and cut into cubes.Peel, wash and dice the carrot.

2.Boil water in a wok, put the peas to cook well (when they are changed color,they are well cooked). Then remove and drain.

3.Cut the pork into small pieces, add seasonings (½ tbsp light soy sauce, ½ tbspcornstarch, 1 pinch of salt, ¼ tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp water, 1 c.à.csunflower oil), mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.

4.Heat oil in wok dtournesol, put the pork pieces well marinated, sauté untilthey change color.

5.Add the diced fragrant mushrooms, corn kernels, diced carrot and peas cooked,fried.

6.Finally, add ½ tbsp light soy sauce, fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.Remove and serve.
