Ingredients
1slice of pork tenderloin 300 g
5black mushrooms
100g red pepper
100g of bamboo shoot

2carrots

1tbsp soy sauce

1tbsp sugar
1tbsp corn flour
1ladle of broth
1tbsp sesame oil
1pinch of pepper

Steps Chinese food pork julienne
1.Soak the black mushrooms in water for 4 hours.
2.Cut the fillet into strips. Cut black mushrooms, peppers, carrots and bambooshoots into strips.
