Thisis a classic dim sum dating from the Northern Wei Dynasty, which is especiallypopular in southern Chinaand Chinese Taiwan.

Ingredients

100g of sausage

50g rice

100gfragrant mushroom

30g of corn grain

15g of pea

10g of carrot

Seasoning

Bambootube

 240minutes

Steps of Chinese food rice in bamboo tube:

1.Soak the rice in water for 20 minutes and the glutinous rice for 4 hours.

2.Cut the sausage into pieces, wash the mushrooms and carrots. Then dice.

3.Put the rice and glutinous rice dipped in a saucepan, add water and boil for 2minutes.

4.Repeat the cooked rice out of the water then pour onto a plate, then add thecorn, peas, sausage pieces, mushrooms and diced carrot. Then, stir all.

5.Wash the bamboo tube and put the rice well stirred in.

6.Bake with steam for 30 minutes. Pour It Up.

Effects and roles of the carrots:
