1 kg of potatoes with theskin and cut into thick slices lengthwise
400g chicken breasts cookedand chopped
150g satay sauce
60g baby spinach
70 g roasted peanuts
6green onions, chopped
120 g cream
1 c. s. Hot water

Cookthe potatoes in water or steam then drain.
Putthe potatoes in a bowl with chicken, onions, spinach and half the peanuts, mixremaining ingredients and pour the sauce into the bowl.
Stirgently. Sprinkle the remaining peanuts and serve immediately.
