900 g chicken

1tsp. tablespoon peppercorns, stems of a bouquet of parsley

2-3slices of fresh ginger, peeled

Forthe soup:

1handful of Chinese cabbage leaves or spinach, cut into strips

1small carrot, peeled and cut into thin strips

18wonton, soy sauce, broth 300 ml

2-4small white onions, peeled and thinly sliced ​​diagonally

Leavesbouquet of parsley, to garnish

Preparation Chinese food wonton soup

Arrangethe chicken cut into 6-8 pieces in a large pot of water with the ingredients ofchicken. Bring to a boil and remove several times the foam that forms on thesurface. Lower the heat and simmer gently 2 to 3 hours, removing the foam fromtime to time.

GrandmasHoney Cake Preparation

Siftthe dry ingredients together. Beat eggs with salt. Add sugar & oiltogether. Beat well. Add honey. Mix well. Add coffee & whiskey. alternatelywith dry ingredients. Until all are incorporated. Add walnuts if desired,leaving a few to decorate the top of the cake. Pour into a greased, (brownpaper bag works fine) paper lined Baking Pan (Lasagna sized). Bake at 350degrees for 1 hour or more , until cake tests done when a toothpick inserted inthe center comes out clean.

1 c Nut meats

1 c Sugar

1ts Baking powder

1/2 c Butter and lard

1ts Baking soda

1ea Egg

1ts Cinnamon

2 c Flour

1ts Cloves

1 c Raisins; chopped

1/4ts Salt

ApplesauceCookies Preparation

Dropfrom teaspoon. Note: Combine ingredients. THEN drop by teaspoonfuls ontogreased cookie sheets. Bake in 375 F.oven till done.
