Ingredients
China yam 300g
beef fillet 100g
peas50 g
1carrot
Seasoning
1tbsp chopped chives oil tournesl
1cornstarch
2tbsp pepper
1pinch of glutamate
1pinch ground ginger
1tbsp sauce
2tbsp soy Shaoxing wine
1tbsp salt
20minutes
Steps Chinese food yam beef:
1.Cut into small cubes beef fillet and place in a bowl, add the cornstarch,pepper, soy sauce, 1 tbsp of Shaoxing wine, chopped chives, chopped ginger 1sunflower oil bedrooms, whisk evenly by hand. Marinate for 15 minutes.
