A healthy recipe for dysmenorrhoea

Sweet and sour fish

INGREDIENTS (4 PERSONS)

For fish

4 fillets of pollock and other white fish fillet

15 g flour

15g cornflour

1 yellow pepper

1 red bell pepper

1 onion

For the sauce

3 tbsp ketchup

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tablespoon soy sauce s

1 tsp cornflour

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

2 tbsp oil

PREPARATION

Read the recipe

STEP 1 :

Mix in a bowl the flour and cornstarch. Cut the fish into squares (3 cm square approx).

Go fish pieces in flour.

Book.

STEP 2 :

Prepare the sweet and sour sauce: mix the ketchup, brown sugar, soy sauce, teaspoon cornflour and vinegar.

Cut the peppers into thin strips.

Finely chop the onion.

STEP 3:

Heat a pan with 1/2 tbsp of oil, fry the onion and peppers 5 minutes. Add the sweet and sour sauce and let heat 5 minutes.

Fry the fish pieces in the fryer (or wok with a little oil) and put them in the sauce.

Serve with basmati rice.
