Chinese fried chicken
Ingredientsfor Chinese Fried chicken/ 4 people
2chicken breasts
6tablespoons soy sauce
3tablespoons honey
1teaspoon five spice
2cloves of garlic

1large pot of bean sprouts
100 g bamboo shoots
10shiitake mushrooms dried
1tsp cornflour
1tablespoon of sesame oil
1tablespoon sesame seeds

PREPARATIONChinese Fried chicken , vegetables and soy
1Slice the chicken and place in a bowl. Drizzle 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 2tablespoons of honey. Add five spice and two cloves of garlic, crushed .Marinate for at least an hour in the refrigerator.
2Rehydrate shitake mushrooms in boiling water. Warning some aside for decorationand chop the rest.
3Chop the onion , detailing the julienned carrots . Fry onion for 5 minutes in awok with a little fat.
