Ingredients

300g beef

3heads of garlic seasoning

1tbsp butter

2tbsp oyster sauce

1tbsp soy sauce

1tbsp dark and ½ of tbsp sugar black pepper

2potato starch tbsp sunflower oil

20minutes

Steps Chinese garlic beef:

1.Cut the beef into cubes, the same size of a clove of garlic. Put on a plate,add 1 tbsp oyster sauce, black pepper and 2 potato starch tbsp. Mix well andmarinate for 15 minutes.

2.Peel the garlic, wash them and then remove the tails. Heat the oil in a pan,add the garlic and fry over high heat until lightly browned. Remove and thenfilter them.

3.Add the beef and fry on high heat until lightly browned. Remove and then filterthem.

4.Melt the butter over low heat, add the garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add thebeef and fry evenly. Then add 1 tbsp light soy sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbspand dark soy sauce. Fry evenly.

5.Add the sugar and black pepper. Fry evenly and serve.

Ingredientsfor Chinese Barbecued Spareribs Recipe

2lb Spareribs

1Clove garlic

2tb Dark soy sauce

1/2ts Hot chili oil (omit with

2tb Thin soy sauce

ChapSam sauce)

3tb Orange honey

1Green onion

3tb Koon Chun Hoisin sauce (or

1tb Dry Marsala

CheeHou or Chap Sam sauce)

ChineseBarbecued Spareribs Preparation

Preparation:Chop ribs into 2 sections. Mix remaining ingredients and marinate ribs inmixture for 4-6 hours, turning several times. If you marinate overnight, keeprefrigerated, and allow to warm up before baking. Baking: Preheat oven to 350degrees. Drain ribs, saving marinade. Place ribs on rack in roasting pan. Bakeat 325 degrees for 45 minutes, basting every 15 minutes. Turn up heat to 375and finish undisturbed for 15 minutes ~ until slightly rusty. Serve hot.

Ingredientsfor Chinese Cooking Sauce Recipe

1tb Sugar

1tb Distilled vinegar

1tb Dry sherry

2tb Soy sauce

3tb Chicken broth

2ts Cornstarch

ChineseCooking Sauce Preparation

Combineall ingredients and mix well. When your stir-fry is just about done, move thestir-fry to the outside of the wok. Add the cooking sauce to the center and mixwith juices. When mixed toss with stir-fry to coat.
