Chinese ham fried rice

Thisis a Chinese dim sum absorbing the taste of Southeast Asia.Of course, there is exquisite and delicious.

Ingredients Chinese ham fried rice

11/2 onion cooked bowl of rice

1piece of chicken breast

1carrot

50 g corn grain pea

6shrimp

1piece of ham

1tbsp curry spicy

½tbsp white pepper

1tbsp salt sunflower oil

8 minutes

Steps:

1.Peel and cut the onion into cubes. Then, cut the chicken breast and the pieceof ham into small cubes.

2.Wash and peel the carrots, then cut into small pieces. Soak peas in water.

3.Heat the pan over high heat, then pour sunflower oil and fry a little.

4.Add the chicken and shrimp,fry or 2 minutes. Remove and set aside.

5.Pour the sunflower oil in the skillet over medium heat and add the onion. Addthe cooked rice and ham. Fried evenly.

6.Rajoutercarrots, peas and corn kernels. Fry for 2 minutes.

7.Finally, add chicken, shrimp, salt, white pepper, curry. Make uniformly skipall. Pour It Up.

1-1/2c Snow peas

250g Rice vermicelli

1Red pepper; sliced thin

1/2Cucumber; sliced thin

6oz Shrimp; cooked

130g Crabmeat

1tb Fresh ginger; chopped fine

1cl Garlic; chopped

2tb Sesame oil

1/2ts Black pepper

1-1/2ts Salt

2tb Lemon juice

3ts Vegetable oil

1ts Red wine vinegar

ChinesePasta Salad with Shellfish Preparation

Washand trim snow peas. Place them in a bowl and pour in enough boiling water tocover them. Let stand 10 minutes; drain and set aside. Cook the noodles inplenty of boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes. Drain in colander, rinse with coldwater and set aside. In large bowl, combine noodles, snow peas, red pepper,cucumber, shrimp and crabmeat. In a small bowl, combine ginger, garlic, sesameoil, pepper, salt, vegetable oil, lemon juice and vinegar. Pour this dressingover the other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Chill before serving.

6lb Pork spareribs

1x Chinese dry marinade

ChineseSmokey Ribs Preparation

Rubribs thoroughly with the Chinese Dry Marinade. Let stand at room temperaturefor 1 to 2 hours. Arrange ribs ends down on cooking grill or place bonesupright in rib rack. Smoke-cook until done. Brush ribs with Chinese Barbecuesauce during the last few minutes of cooking, then serve with remaining sauce.
